When you open a retainer account, you’ll make your payment up front. Then those hours are yours to use whenever you need them. Hours are valid for one full year, so they are available when you need them most. If you need more along the way, you can always add hours at the prevailing rate.

We'll manage your club's main inbox, responding to routine parent questions and keeping communication clear. The important messages? We'll forward those directly to you so you can focus on what matters most, while we handle the fluff. This keeps your club families happy knowing they'll always get a quick response when they need it most. $300 base + $75 per team/month

Team Communication

Regular communication to team parents can be daunting, but can make or break a parents' experience with the season. That's where we step in to ease this burdon! WEEKLY TEAM EMAILS The gold standard for club communication. We’ll create a polished, club-branded framework each week, then add team-specific updates from coaches, team practice reminders, travel information, etc., so every family gets the info they need on time. Parents stay informed, coaches stay focused, and your inbox stays quiet. $300 base + $20 per team/week BI-WEEKLY TEAM EMAILS A balanced option for clubs that want consistent communication without going full weekly. We’ll send professional updates every two weeks, blending club-wide news with team-by-team details so no one is left in the dark. $200 base + $25 per team/every other week MONTHLY TEAM EMAILS For clubs that only need the essentials. Once a month we’ll design and send a club-branded newsletter with team-specific inserts so families still get important updates in one reliable place. $100 base + $30 per team/month

Tournament Information Emails

Tournament weekends don't have to be chaos for you. We'll build a polished, club-branded email template and a master info system at the start of the season, then use it to deliver clear, reliable updates for every tournament. From hotels and locations to wave times, parking, tickets, snack schedules, and coach notes, we'll organize it all and send it fast when schedules drop. $300 Club-Wide Seasonal Setup + $40 per team, per tournament

Club Newsletters

A polished, club-branded newsletter sent to all families each month. We don't just format what you send us, we'll draft the content, design the layout, and schedule delivery. That means highlights, reminders, upcoming events, and other club updates are written and presented in a way that keeps parents informed and engaged. $300/month (Additional newsletters in the same month: $100 each)

Athlete Sponsorship Campaign

Help your athletes fund their own season. We'll design a professional sponsorship playbook with benefit packages, branded templates, and tracking tools so every athlete can reach out to family, friends, and personal connections for support. Donations are applied directly to their dues, less admin fees, with options to cover travel costs if they exceed their total. We'll manage the marketing campaign to club families and answer all questions that may arise. $750 per season, regardless of club size

Corporate Sponsorship Campaign

Running a club gets more expensive every year. We'll create enticing corporate sponsorship packages, build a professional sponsorship deck, and manage outreach to companies on your behalf. From logos on banners to digital shout-outs, we'll handle the details and reporting so your sponsors feel valued. Pricing structured in such a way that your success is directly tied to ours. $500 setup + 10% of funds raised

Full Sponsorship Program
(Athlete + Corporate)

The complete solution: empower athletes to fund their season and secure big-picture corporate support for your club. We'll design and manage athlete-level sponsorship tools, create corporate sponsor packages, handle outreach, and manage all tracking and communication. With a lower base fee and performance-based pricing, our success is tied directly to yours. Even modest sponsorships will offset our fee, and most of the time clubs raise well beyond the cost of this program. $1,000 base + 10% of corporate funds raised

Camp & Clinic Marketing Package

Getting athletes signed up takes more than a flyer. We'll plan and run a complete marketing push for your camp or clinic, including polished, branded emails and engaging social posts that fill your spots fast. We'll coordinate timing, manage reminders, and highlight your coaches and program so families are excited to register. All with a price point that ensures our success is tied directly to yours. $50 per clinic + 12% of registrations (Smaller clinics with fewer than 8 athletes, charge a flat $100 fee so costs stay predictable.)

Fundraising Campaign Management

Fundraising is essential, but managing it can be overwhelming. We'll guide your club from start to finish with your next fundraising campaign! We'll brainstorm ideas, plan timelines, create branded communications, coordinate supplies, and track results. This package covers one standard campaign. Larger initiatives, such as multi-event campaigns or high-dollar fundraisers requiring formal reporting to donors and stewardship, may require a custom quote. $500 per Campaign

Club Social Event Planning

Keep your athletes and families connected all season long with fun, memorable activities that make your club feel like family. All you have to do is say, "We'd like to host a bonding event," and we'll take it from there. We'll bring creative ideas that fit your budget, plan the details, book venues, manage RSVPs, coordinating vendors, and prepare branded communications to get families excited. Regular Club Event - $250 each Examples include family socials, volunteer outings, or team bonding nights. We'll present ideas, build the plan, and hand everything off to your staff for on-site execution. End-of-Season Banquet - $600 A polished season celebration with venue/vendor coordination, RSVPs, family communication, and a detailed run-of-show so your staff can deliver a seamless event. (Optional Add-On: Awards program design + slides: $150. ✨Most Popular: Season Bundle - $1,350 Includes 3 regular club events, plus your End-of-Year Banquet. Build culture all season long and end with a polished celebration.

Tryout Marketing & Results

Tryouts are the most important (and stressful) time of year for club owners. Let the Back Pocket handle both sides of the process to make it a little easier on you! Before Tryouts: We will drive registrations with branded email campaigns, social media posts, and outreach to schools and organizations that may be able to reach future players in other ways. After Tryouts: We'll deliver professional, branded placement results with clear next steps so families know exactly what to expect. Parents get a seamless experience from start to finish, your club looks polished and organized, and your staff avoids the inbox firestorm. $600 per season Prefer to keep it simple? Each service is also available on its own. $350 for Tryout Marketing or $350 for Results communication. Choose the piece that solves your club's biggest pain point, or bundle both for the full solution.
